RATES

We have 3 core monthly packages to choose from:

Essential - 6 hours for $450/month

Plus - 12 hours for $870/month

Premium - 18 hours for $1260/month

Our casual rate is $95/hour

We can also tailor a package to you - just ask!

Some fine print: All pricing excludes GST. A one-off onboarding fee of $130+GST applies to new clients. Monthly hours don't rollover.

THE TEAM

Nikki Jones | Founder/Bookkeeper 

I started The Admin Office after working with tradies in our own building company, and realising there was a huge need for admin assistance for these small businesses. The tradies I know are experts at the work on-site, but doing the admin has them wanting to chuck their laptop out the window. 

The problem solving aspect of our work is what I really enjoy. It's super satisfying to work with a client who is overwhelmed with all the hats they're wearing in their business, and be able to give them their time and (almost all) their sanity back. 

Outside of work, I love hanging with my husband and kids, designing my dream home on Pinterest, and watching Friends re-runs for the 276th time.

Toni Magee | Bookkeeper 

Toni comes with a wealth of knowledge to support our clients, having spent her whole career (20+ years) in the trades industry, including working in various Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Electrical and Residential Building companies. 

Toni is a down to earth, friendly member of our team. She lives in the lovely town of Te Awamutu with her husband and two children. 

Smooth sailing is what she aims to achieve for her clients and in her down time you will find her on the water in her family boat, sipping whatever is going, and enjoying the sunshine.
